CONGRATULATIONS to the Lady Spartans JV Squad volleyball team for their victory over McEachern last night at Allatoona high school. The Lady Spartans SWEPT the McEachern Indians 2 sets to 0.

And though the Lady Spartans played some killer volleyball in their 2nd match, they fell just shy of taking victory over Allatoona, 15-25 & 18-25 in 2 intense sets. But the squad is already geared up to meet Allatoona for a rematch soon!

STAT LEADERS were:
• Eva Chauveau, Maleigh Vertley, & Mayoree Vertley each had 3 or more KILLS!
• Liz Benecchi (“Benecky”) had 10 set ASSISTS!
• Maleigh lead the squad in BLOCKS with 5!
• Liz, Eva, Erin & Phoebe Lyons all served to earn several points lastnight, with Eva and Erin smashing over 5 ACES a piece!

Our energetic JV Squad is now 2-4 and have their next 2 matches Monday at South Cobb 5pm. COME ROOT YOUR LADY SPARTANS TO VICTORY! And be sure to show them some love when you see them around campus!
